Flexible Scheduling

Our doors are open at the above-listed times. We run our morning and evening classes on an open format, which means you can come in at any time listed on the schedule. Our doors close one hour after the latest time posted. For example, on Monday morning, you can come in any time between 5:30 and 7:30 am to get warmed up and start your workout with others. Doors close at 8:30 am. For the 12:00 class, doors open at noon and close at 1:00 pm. During the evening, you may arrive any time between 5:00 and 6:00 pm, and doors close at 7:00 pm.

We’ll teach you proper form and technique for a few basic exercises and let you sample our program. Class size is limited – please show up early to reserve your space. There is no need to pre-register, but please show up early to fill out paperwork. Class begins promptly at 11:00 am.

CrossFit Basics Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 am
These classes run the same workouts as normal classes, but in a smaller, close knit environment. Coach Heather runs these classes at a slower pace for those that are just learning CrossFit and the movements. The workouts can be scaled to any age or ability level. Want to come check it out? Let us know and the first one is on us.
