5 rounds: 10 toes to bar 15 hr push up 250m run
3 rounds: 400m run 20 split jerk (95/65) alternate feet each rep 75 double under
3 rounds, 1:00 each station for total reps thruster (75/55) lunge step in place, alternating legs hr push up ball slam burpee rest
Tabata intervals :20 work, :10 rest x 8 – no breaks between movements pull ups push ups sit ups squats Score total reps of each movement.
