Workout of the Day Wenesday November 9, 2011

2011 GrossFit Games Sectional wod #3:
AMRAP 5 minutes:
1 squat clean
1 jerk
(M-165, W-110)

-each squat clean and each jerk count seperately as 1 rep.  You must complete each clean before going to the jerk.  Weight will be scaled as needed to “Grace” weight + 20%
-compare to 4/6/11
-here is the explanation of the wod and demo
-there will also be a short 21-15-9 wod following the 5 min amrap.
