2011 CrossFit Games Sectionals workout 11.1:
10 min AMRAP:
15 ground to overhead (75/55)
30 double unders

-compare to 3/16/11
-the ground to overhead can be done any way, power snatch, squat snatch, power clean & jerk, squat clean and jerk.  The fastest, most efficient way will be the power snatch.
