2011 CrossFit Games 11.6 wod:
Amrap 7 mins:
3 thrusters (M-100/W-65)
3 chest to bar pull ups
6 thrusters
6 chest to bar pull ups
9 thrusters
9 chest to bar pull ups
12 thursters
12 chest to bar pull ups
And so on, add three reps each round until the 7 minutes is up.  Score is total reps completed.  As always, scaling will be available.
