16 B-urpees
16 L-unges, jumping (r+l= 1)
32 A-b mat sit ups
16 C-leans, (M-95, W-65), ground to shoulder
16 K-nees to elbows
-this is a wod that I came up with for my dog that I had for 16 years and recently had to put down.
