30 Clean and Jerk for time (135/95)
This is a shorter wod. Most of you have done this wod before. If you have not, we will scale accordingly.
If you are signed up to compete in the upcoming CrossFit Games Open and have never done this wod Rx’d, we should try to get as close as we can. If you have done this wod Rx’d, we may try to go above the prescribed weight.
