Death by pull ups
Death by hand release push ups x 2
Death by squat x 3


-clock will start and you will do one pull up the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of reps.  Once you finish the pull ups, you will immediately go into death by hand release push ups doing 2 the first minute, 4 the second minute until you are unable to complete the required reps and then immediately go into death by squats doing 3 the first minute, 6 the second minute, 9 the third until unable to complete the required number of reps.
