30 reps for time:
Burpee Squat Clean Thruster (Men-95, Women-65)

Here is a an example of the movement. Notice that when he gets tired he stops using his hips on the squat clean and makes the movement a lot harder on himself.  If you are using smaller plates that will not allow you to do the burpee on the bar, you will simply do a burpee, then grab the bar and do the squat clean + thruster.
