Workout of the Day Thursday October 27, 2011

Tabata intervals of:
jumping lunge
ball slam
push up
sit up

-tabata intervals are eight rounds, :20 of work followed by :10 of rest.  Record your lowest number of reps for the eight intervals of each movement.
-you can do these movements in any order you would like.  There is no rest between movements.  The entire wod will last 15:50
