Workout of the Day Thursday November 10, 2011

For time:
Pistols      10 – 8 – 6 – 4-2
Burpees    25-20-15-10-5
KB Swing 50-40-30-20-10

First round is 10 pistols, 25 burpees, 50 kb swing.  Second is 8 pistols, 20 burpees, 40 swings and so on.
