Workout of the Day Thursday January 12, 2012

AMRAP 15 minutes:
15 db/kb snatch (right arm)
5 burpees
15 db/kb snatch (left arm)
5 burpees

It is not necessary to go to a full squat snatch, but here is an example to give you an idea.  The only requirement is that the weight starts below the knee and ends with arm extended over head.
