Shoulder Press 5-5-5

5 rounds:
1 hand stand push up, 1 strict pull up
3 hand stand push up, 3 strict pull up
5 hand stand push up, 5 strict pull up

Compare shoulder press numbers to 1/17/12 and/or 8/10/11

If you are unable to do strict pull ups, you will scale to as close as possible.
