Workout of the Day Saturday October 8, 2011

Members: if you pay your dues the first of the month and have not yet paid them, you must pay by Saturday to be able to work out the following week.

For time:
1000m row/800m run (weather permitting)
100 sit ups
80 squats
60 kb swings (24k/16k)
50 push ups
40 ball slams
30 pull ups
20 power cleans (135/95)
10 burpees
