Workout of the Day Saturday October 22, 2011

Partner Workout
As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 mins of:
15 wall ball (20/14)
10 pull ups
5 dips

While on partner works, the other completes as many weighted sit ups (15/10) as possible.  You will alternate work between the sit ups and triplet.  Your score will be total rounds completed and total sit ups.  If you do not have a partner, you will perform 20 weighted sit ups at the beginning of each round.
