Workout of the Day Saturday July 2, 2011

**Just a reminder about holiday hours, regular hours on Saturday.  Closed Monday July 4, no morning, afternoon classes and no workout in the park.  Normal hours will resume Tuesday July 5 in the evening.**
2011 CrossFit Games regional workout #6:
For time:
20 cals on rower
30 burpees
40 dumbbell ground to overhead
50 toes to bar
100′ walking lunge with plate overhead
150′ sprint
