Workout of the Day Monday September 5, 2011

We will be closed for Labor Day so here is a wod you can do by yourself at home:
2 mile run
-run as hard as you can for 1 minute, rest :30 until distance is completed.  You are welcome to run further.  Post time and distance to comments.  During the :30 rest you can walk to cover ground, you do not need to remain in one place.
