Workout of the Day Monday March 4, 2013

AMRAP 15:
10 hr push up
1 lap walking lunge w/ plate overhead (45/25)
20 squat
1 lap walking lunge w/ plate overhead

3-4-13

-get chest to the deck, get knee on the ground, get hip crease below knee.  Control the weight.  Dropped/thrown plates mean an immediate 15 burpee penalty, then you continue your workout.
