Workout of the Day Monday July 18, 2011

Death by squat cleans (M-75, W-45)
-perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the scond minute, 3 reps the third and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of reps.
Then,

Death by burpees. 🙂
