Your choice, do one of the following:
5 rounds:
400m run
15 Overhead Squats (95/65)


AMRAP 20 mins:
400m run
max pull ups
-record rounds completed and total pull ups.  Max pull ups would be the amount you can complete without coming off of the bar or til failure on that round.
