Workout of the Day Friday September 23, 2011

10 rounds:
250m rowing sprint.
-active rest, complete a :30 plank hold in between rounds.

Go all out for 250m.  You can record all of your times if you would like, but on the board we will record your first, fastest and tenth rounds.
