For time:
400m row, 20 knees to elbows
300m row, 30 pull ups
200m row, 40 sit ups
200m row, 50 squats
200m row, 40 sit ups
300m row, 30 pull ups
400m row, 20 knees to elbows

Or make up a missed wod from earlier in the week
