Workout of the Day Friday February 10, 2012

For time:
50 back squat, 5 rope climb
40 back squat, 4 rope climb
30 back squat, 3 rope climb
20 back squat, 2 rope climb
10 back squat, 1 rope climb

Weights for the back squats are 75 and 45.  If you do not have experience with high rep back squats you will substitute goblet squats.  Likewise, if you are not experienced with rope climbs, you will substitute pull ups and knees to elbows or mini rope climbs.

You can also make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.
