This Saturday, Free Intro Workout, Bring Your Kids!

This Saturday we will be having another one of our free basic intro workout at 11:00 am.  No need to register ahead of time, just show up and be ready for a good workout.  The class usually lasts about 45 minutes.

This week we invite members and non-members that would like to come in to bring their kids along with them.  This is a great chance to do something as a family and expose your kids to a CrossFit workout or the other way around.  We will do a team based workout that will make sure everyone can participate.
