We will be hosting a POSE Running Seminar at Great Lakes CrossFit on the east side Saturday April 2nd and CrossFit Cleveland in Lakewood Saturday April 30th, both 12:30-3:30pm, $50 each, limit 12 people. Jeff is a Nationally Certified and Ohio Licensed Athletic Trainer with 15 years of experience in injury evaluation, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and strength and conditioning. Jeff has been coaching runners for the past 4 years utilizing the POSE Method of Running to improve runners’ performance while decreasing their incidence of injury by teach biomechanically correct running.
This 3 hour clinic will include an introductory information session, teaching and practicing of drills, and video analysis of each individual’s running form during and after the teaching and drilling. Following the clinic, each individual will have learned the drills and skills needed to improve their running, and will leave with a written plan for progression into their new running technique.
Pose Method® of Running technique, aka POSE Running, is a better way to run. Developed in former Soviet Union in the 70’s and included in the textbooks at the turn of the 21 century, Pose Running was published in America in the 90’s and is now taught and practiced all over the world. It is used by athletes of all levels and non-athletes of all ages. More information available here.
