New Executive Fitness Starter Programs Beginning in March

Spring is just around the corner and you may be thinking of revitalizing or starting your workout routine. Getting back into shape isn’t easy. Especially if you are trying to do it by yourself. We have the perfect way to keep you motivated and on track. Starting Monday March 5 we will be starting a new group of CrossFit Executive Fitness Starter Programs.

Group 1: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am, starting 3/6/12
Group 2: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:30 am and Saturdays at 7:30 am, starting 3/6/12
Group 3: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10:00 am, starting 3/5/12
Group 4: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9:00 am, starting 3/5/12

The six week program is designed for people that want to get back into shape and are not quite sure how to do it. At the end of the six weeks you will be in better shape than when you started. The CrossFit Executive Fitness Starter Program is for all fitness levels. It is for anyone that is looking to get back into shape.

During the six week program you will train three times a week in small groups of no more than five people. You will be lead by a CrossFit Certified trainer at all times. You will learn the correct way to perform our functional movements while maintaining proper form and technique. All exercises are scaled to each person’s ability and fitness level. The program is not easy, but it is well worth it.

The six week program consists of 18 one hour sessions and the cost is $199 per person. Your payment reserves your place in program. Space is limited to 5 people per class.
