While we should always be thinking about what we are eating, we are going to focus on that a bit more this month. We will be having a weekly meeting at the gym on this Tuesday at 7:00 pm to discuss nutrition, what you have been eating and how to improve.
We encourage you to keep a food journal of EVERYTHING that you eat over the course of the day. If you would like we can take measurements and at the end of the month see where you have improved. If you cannot make Tuesday night, that ok. You can still keep your journal, bring it in and we can evaluate together. There will be other opportunities to meet. There will be weekly meetings, and we will determine the schedule after the first meeting.
