CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. Even if you have never worked out in your life or have spent years in the gym, our workouts can be scaled to any age or ability level. Workouts typically last 15 to 20 minutes and are always supervised by a certified instructor to make sure movements are done properly and safely.

We Provide Workout Varitety

Our workouts are constantly varied. This means you will never get bored. We do different workouts every day to always keep your body guessing and maximize your results. Functional movements are the movements your body was designed to do; squatting, pressing, lifting, running, etc. We use these movements at an intense pace to get the most out of your workouts. Intensity is different for everyone, so whatever your fitness level, your workout will be hard, but worth it.

If you would like to get started, we offer a Free Basic Introductory Class EVERY Saturday at 11:00 am. There is no need to register ahead of time. All we ask is that you show up on time. These classes can give you the opportunity to check out Great Lakes CrossFit at no charge and see if CrossFit is for you.
