New to Crossfit in Cleveland
If you are new to CrossFit it is always recommended that you come check out the facility. You’ll have the opportunity to see the environment and maybe even get to speak with some of our members. There are also many different ways to get started.
The Great Lakes Crossfit Starter Program
The six-week program is designed for people that want to get back into shape and are not quite sure how to do it. At the end of the six weeks you will be in better shape than when you started. The CrossFit Fitness Starter Program is for all fitness levels. It is for anyone that is looking to get back into shape.
During the six-week program you will train three times a week in small groups of no more than six people. You will be led by a CrossFit Certified trainer at all times. You will learn the correct way to perform our functional movements while maintaining proper form and technique. All exercises are scaled to each person’s ability and fitness level. The program is not easy, but it is well worth it.
