Free CrossFit Workouts this Saturday

This, and every Saturday, we will be offering our free basic introductory class at 11:00 am.  The class will consist of a warm up, coaching on movements, workout and cool down all lead by a certified CrossFit instructor.  There is no need to register ahead of time.  Simply show up and be ready for a fun workout.  And bring a friend.  The more the merrier!
