Free CrossFit Workouts this Saturday

Ever wondered what we do at Great Lakes CrossFit or how we do it? Come find out this Saturday October 1 at 11:00 am for our free basic introductory class.  The class is open to anyone that is curious and would like to try a free workout, regardless of age or ability level.

The class will last no longer than one hour.  The time will include an introduction to what we do, a warm up, skill coaching, workout and cool down.  The entire class will be coached and supervised by a certified CrossFit instructor.  Bring a friend and get change up that same old routine.  No need to reserve a spot, just show up and be ready for a fun workout.
