This coming Saturday August 27 we will have a free basic introductory class at 11:00 am. There is not need to register, simply show up and be ready for a fun workout. The class will last approximately 1 hour and will consist of a warm up, skill coaching, workout and cool down.
Also, Monday August 29 we will have our last opportunity for a Free Summer Outdoor Workout. Our series of Super Sweet Summer Outdoor workouts at Solon Community Park, located near Solon High School, has been a great success this summer and we plan on doing something similar next year.
