Free CrossFit Workout this Saturday

This coming Saturday, September 3, we will be offering our free basic introductory class at 11:00 am.  The time will consist of a warm up, skill coaching, workout and cool down with a certified CrossFit instructor coaching and supervising at all times.  The workout is open to all ability levels as we will scale movements so everyone can get a good workout in. 

The entire class will last no longer than an hour.  There is no need to register ahead of time, simply show up and be ready for a workout.  Hope to see you there.
