Free CrossFit Intro Workouts this Saturday

Curious what we do in our friendly little box?  Want to check us out for free?  Here is your chance.  This, and every Saturday, we will have a free basic introductory class at 11:00 am.  The class will last no longer than one hour.  The class will include a warm up, instruction on movements, workout and cool down.  All classes are lead and supervised by a certified CrossFit instructor.  There is no need to register ahead of time.  Simply show up and be ready for a workout.

Members: been waiting to show all of your friends what you have been up to?  Bring them along and give them a taste of it first hand.
