Want to see what Great Lakes CrossFit is all about? Come check us out for free this Saturday at 11:00 am for a free basic introductory class. The class is open to all ages and ability levels. The class will last no longer than one hour and consists of a warm up, instruction on movement, workout and cool down. The entire time you will be supervised by a CrossFit certified trainer that will watch to make sure you are doing the movement properly, staying safe, and pushing yourself as hard as you can. There is no need to register ahead of time, simply show up and be ready for a workout.
Do you have friends that have been looking to try CrossFit but are unable to make it to our Free Intro Class on Saturdays at 11:00 am? We have a solution for you. Starting Monday August 19 through Saturday August 24 you will be able to bring a friend to any of our regular class times for a free workout. Workouts will be made scaleable to any ability level. The only catch here is that you must accompany your friend. This offer is also only good for one class during the week and ends on August 24. You may see a benchmark wod or partner wod mixed in during the week.
This time will also lead us into a new group of classes we will starting the following week on Tuesday August 26 which we are calling “Simply CrossFit”. This class will be held on Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm. It is open to the public for a $10 fee. It will be a basic introductory fitness class, but will be geared more towards beginners. We will still be offering our Saturday Free Intro Class, but this will be another way for people to become part of our community.
