5 rounds for time:
5 deadlift (275/185)
80′ bear crawl
10 burpee
80′ bear crawl

These deadlifts are meant to be heavy.  Not your max, but close to your 5 rep max (4/24/12) or about 75% of your 1 rep max (7/18/12).

80′ bear crawl is equal to two trips across the mats.
