CrossFit Workout Wednesday October 31, 2012

Halloween Partner Wod:
3 rounds:
10 power clean, 10 shoulder to overhead (completed individually)
31 wall ball, 31 push up (completed with partner)
finish with 20 burpees (alternating between partners)

So this will work the following way, 3, 2, 1, go…one partner 1¬†will pick up the bar and do 10 power cleans while the other rests
