“The Chief”
5 rounds:
3 minute AMRAP
3 power clean (135/95)
6 push ups
9 squats
Rest 1 minute

-each round is 3 minutes long.  During each round you will count your rounds and reps, then rest for 1 minute.  Start counting back at zero each round.
