Deadlift 100 x your body weight.
Back Squat 50 x your body weight.
Don’t freak out. What this means is we are going to figure out what 100 times your bodyweight is, select a weight you feel comfortable lifting, and determine how many reps are necessary to get a total weight lifted equal to 100 times your body weight. We will work for one minute and rest for one minute until the required reps are completed.
