Back Squat
5-5-3-3-1-1-1…

Just as we did with deadlifts last week, we will be looking to find a 5, 3 and/or 1 rep max for your back squat.

Compare numbers to:
5RM – 4/26/12
3RM – 1/26/12
1RM – 7/27/11
