Push Press
3 rep max

Take up to 25 minutes to find your 3 rep max push press.  This is not a strict press or jerk.  You will dip and drive the weight over your head.  If you dip, drive and re-dip to catch bar, your weight will not be scored.

Compare to 5 rep max 6/27/12

Shoulder press: 1rm: 7/25/12, 3rm: 1/17/12, 5rm: 4/12/12
Psuh Jerk 3rm: 9/27/12
