Amrap 10:
250m row/run
5 squat clean to overhead (135/95)

-rowing is prescribed, but we can substitute a run if you so choose.  Take a look at weights you have used recently for clean and jerk/ground to overhead.  The clean must be a full squat.  This is NOT a power clean.  Get the weight overhead anyway you would like, but it must come off the ground and be caught in a squat.
