8 Tabata intervals of bottom to bottom squat, followed immediately by a 1 mile run.
Bottom to bottom squats in tabata intervals are a little different. In normal tabata intervals you count each rep at the top of the squat and rest standing. For the bottom to bottom you count each rep at the bottom of the squat and rest in the bottom of the squat just below parallel. For all eight intervals you will try and maintain however many reps you earned in the first round. After the eighth interval you will immediately take off on a 1 mile run for time. Record lowest round and mile time for your score.
