20 calorie row
30 wall ball
20 toes to bar
30 box jump (24/20)
20 sumo deadlift high pull (105/70)
30 burpee
20 shoulder to overhead (135/95)
40 pull ups

Wod Demo Here’s the difference, the games athletes did this consecutively¬†as a 3 min amrap with 1 min rest, 6 min amrap with 1 min rest, then complete it for time.¬† And their 400m run was a 100m sled pull with 135/95 lbs respectively.
