Turkish Get Up
3-3-3-3-3

 

Compare to 4/21/11, 5 rep max: 5/2/12

Start light and work up to a 3 rep max.  You will do three reps with one arm, then three with the other.  Recommendation would be to start with your weaker arm first.

You may ask yourself, “How does this fit into the theme of Olympic week?”.  Well, Turkey is a country, so there you go.
