Double Death By:
1) Death by 10 meters.
Two cones will be set up 10 meters apart.  First minute, run the length of the cones once.  Second minute, do it twice and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of laps.

2) Death by ball slam x 2
Perform 2 ball slams the first minute, 4 slams the second minute and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of reps.
