Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/45)
Box Jump (20″)
Push Press (75/45)

We are running this on a half hour schedule.  If you have signed up for a time, be warmed up and ready to go at that time.  If you are late, you will have to wait for the next heat to start.  If you have not signed up for a time, you will have to wait for an opening.  The 8:30 and 10:00 am heats are full.
