Partner wod, with a partner complete the following for time:
150 pull ups
plank hold
150 push ups
hang from pull up bar

Both partners are working together to complete the required reps.  While one is doing the movement, the other will be in plank hold or bar hold.  If one of you decides to rest, you both do.  Split up the reps however the both of you choose.  If you do not have a partner, complete half the reps with a 3:00 plank hold and hold from pull up bar partitioned any way you like throughout the wod.
