For time:
30 clean and jerk (135/95)
1 mile run
10 rope climbs
1 mile run
100 burpees

Don’t anyone freak out.  There will be multiple scaling options for this wod so that everyone will be able to get their wod in, if this looks to daunting.  There will be a time limit regardless of how you choose to do the wod.
