It’s not going to make sense, so just come in and do the alternate version. Don’t even read this. Except the part about registering for the 5k.

In 8:00:
3 rounds:
6 chest to bar
6 squat snatch (95/65)
3 Rounds:
7 chest to bar
5 squat snatch (135/95)
-if done, complete by 12:00
3 rounds:
8 chest to bar
4 squat snatch (185/135)
